What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Adovz at the moment only processes orders within the US and a few other countries.

Processing Time Within The US:
Please allow 5-10 business days to prepare & ship your order.


Processing Time For International Shipping:

Please allow about 4 weeks to prepare, ship, and receive your order

*Transit Times: Effective from August, 2022

US Standard Shipping:

5-7 business days.

International:

About four weeks

What are your shipping and return policies?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds/exchange on orders. Any product once received by you, can only be returned to us for a refund or replacement
if:

You received a damaged/faulty product;
You received a wrong product.

If you received a damaged product, please contact us with proof as below:

The photos of original package with front and back sides.
The photos or video of the defective product(s).
The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective product.
We will usually offer you a refund or send a replacement, as soon as the problem is
confirmed. You will be responsible for all cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
We do not take responsibility for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Adovz now ships to a few countries. You will find out at checkout if your country is
included. Also, please know that it may take about four weeks for your product to arrive via international shipping. Lastly, please know that in some cases, the customs in your country may charge you additional fees known as customs fees.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Adovz accept all payment type and if you use any of these payment method listed
below, then you can make payments using:

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes, Adovz accepts any international card payments as long the card is a Visa,
MasterCard, Meastro and American Express Card. If you have any issues making
payments internationally, please, contact us on info@adovz.com.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

Adovz charges tax based on your State in the US in compliance with the US tax code
and the tax code of the country you are making your purchase from. Some countries
requires VAT on purchase and to abide with the law you are entitled to make payments
with taxes included.

We continue to update all customers about any changes to tax or Vat in their respective
country of interest.

Shipping & Returns

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

Due to the nature of Adovz products and for health and safety reasons, we do not
accept returns. Any product once received by you, can only be returned to us for a
refund or replacement if:

You received a damaged/faulty product;
You received a wrong product.
If you received a damaged product, please contact us with proof as below:

The photos or video of the defective product(s).

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once you have placed an order, you can cancel the order by contacting us directly
within 24hrs from when you placed your order. Upon this request, we will cancel and
immediately process your refund.

Depending on your method of payments, it may take between 24hrs to 3 - 5 working
days for the refund process to be completed.
